Neven's Spanish Food Trails
In the latest series of Neven’s Spanish Food Trails, Irelands leading chef Neven Maguire travels to the Balearic Islands of Mallorca and Menorca.
In each series Neven tries a huge range of local produce, from grilled sardines, molasses and churros, to tuna heart, sherry, Iberico ham, Seville orange marmalade and Cordoba’s famous tomato soup. Each episode is based within a specific region and showcases the best of Spanish food and culture concluding with Neven cooking a dish every week, inspired by the food he has discovered in each location.
