30 year old Orla Tinsley has fought the chronic lung disease cystic fibrosis since birth. This personal journey takes an unflinching look into her life as she begins to lose the battle.

With a limited life expectancy, Orla once wrote that she believed her 30th birthday would be her expiration date. Following her dreams regardless she left her home in Ireland to study writing at New York's Columbia University. At almost the same time as she enters her third decade, in the 'world's most exciting city', she is put on a waiting list for a double lung transplant and her life becomes one of biding time.

Over the next 14 months, this powerful and emotive documentary charts Orla's failing health, her determined and joyous spirit, and the excruciating false alarm calls that would bring her tantalizingly close to new set of lungs and a new life.
