Meat Vs Fish – the public decide. In this cooking travelogue format two celebrity chefs travel to different regions of the country cooking a meat or fish dish using local ingredients. Take two celebrity chefs — one with a passion for Surf, one with a passion for Turf, send them to beautiful locations around the country to create local signature dishes and invite twenty people from the area and let them decide the winner. It’s a competition amongst celebrity peers and at the end of the series the chefs tally up the score to see who wins out — Surf or Turf.
