Format Farm Broadcast Pilot. The Takeover is a business makeover format that sees the boss of a company surprise their employees and leave them entirely on their own for two weeks to make the changes they’ve always dreamed of.

In every company, bosses struggle to find ways to keep their companies profitable while workers fantasise about what they would do if they were in charge. The Takeover challenges both boss and staff to put their money where their mouth is!

But what happens when staff encounter the harsh realities of running a business? Will they come together to answer the challenge or will chaos ensue?

A business expert is on hand but it’s not their role to save the day, it’s their job to help the staff be the experts.

When the boss returns at the end of the fortnight they come face to face with their employees to find out whether this move has benefitted them — or done further damage.
