Modern Irish Food: Kevin Dundon
Kevin Dundon is an award-winning chef, television personality and author. Filmed at Dunbrody, Kevin’s acclaimed hotel and cookery school on the south coast of Ireland, and the surrounding area, Modern Irish Food will see Kevin taking classic Irish dishes and ingredients and giving them his own modern twist.
The show will showcase the best ingredients Ireland has to offer as well as Kevin’s delicious, accessible food that is very much aimed at home cooks. The programme will feature over 100 recipes including dishes such as Arthurstown Smoked Fish Chowder, Devilled Dublin Bay Prawns, Roasted Garlic Cottage Pie and Irish Cream Bread & Butter Pudding.
