Rachel takes to the road and sets out along the southern and western coast of Ireland which takes her away from the kitchen and plays to her natural curiosity and sense of fun.


Part travelogue, part cookery show, this stunning series is a new departure for the much-loved chef as Rachel leave the shackles of the kitchen behind to cook among the people and places of Ireland’s beautiful and dramatic coastline. Travelling from Dungarvan to the Fanad Peninsula, Rachel immerses herself in what she loves best about her home country, the incredible landscapes and the chance to enjoy the company of some unforgettable characters. As she travels in search of local produce and seafood, foraging and, at times, battling wind and rain Rachel rolls up her sleeves and cooks delicious dishes wherever the trail leads – which could be anywhere from windswept headlands to people’s homes, from country kitchens to secret beaches.
